Hhh888 Terms and Conditions – Rules and Guidelines

1. General Provisions

3. Registration & Account

Each user may hold only an active account at hhh888. Registering multiple accounts with the same CPF, e-mail address, phone number or banking details is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the freezing of pending balances pending investigation.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. hhh888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — particularly as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process required under Brazilian regulations. Accepted documents include national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), and passport.

Account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. hhh888 will never ask for your password through any support channel — email, chat, or phone. 4. Deposits

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at hhh888 are processed exclusively via Pix, within 15 minutes of the request, available every day of the week including national holidays. For withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, additional identity verification may be required in accordance with Brazilian regulatory requirements.

Withdrawals may only be made to the Pix key registered under the CPF of the hhh888 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. hhh888 does not charge withdrawal fees for amounts within the platform's standard limits.

Before processing withdrawals, hhh888 may require full KYC verification, including submission of a photo ID and recent proof of address. This process is carried out once, and after approval, future withdrawals are processed without additional document checks.

Bonus balance & withdrawals

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement for the corresponding promotion has been fully met. The amount available for withdrawal is always displayed separately from your bonus balance in the account dashboard. Once the rollover is complete, the released balance can be withdrawn normally via Pix.

6. Sports Betting

Bets placed on hhh888 are binding upon confirmation by the user. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, except in cases provided for in these Terms or through the cash out feature available on selected markets.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result issued by the governing body of each competition — CBF for Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL for Libertadores and Sul-Americana, and the relevant international federations for all other tournaments. hhh888 reserves up to 72 hours after the final whistle to settle special markets that depend on verified official statistics.

Canceled or Postponed Matches

If a Brasileirão match or any other competition is postponed to the same day, bets remain valid for the new kick-off time. If the match is postponed to a different day or canceled outright, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are fully refunded to the account balance.

Matches suspended during play will have their markets settled based on the result at the time of suspension, provided the minimum playing time required for each sport has been reached (90 minutes for football). Matches abandoned before the minimum time result in the voiding and refund of all open bets.

Odds Errors

If an odd is published with a clear error — a value obviously inconsistent with the market, such as an odd of 100.00 for an event with a genuinely high probability — hhh888 reserves the right to void bets placed under those conditions and refund the staked amounts. In such cases, the user will be notified by e-mail with an explanation of the voiding.

• Sharing account credentials with third parties.
